TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings can be paid as follows:

• • 50% deposit of the full accommodation cost paid directly into our bank account or by credit card as far in advance as possible, secures your booking. The balance of the accommodation cost is payable on departure.
• • Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
• • We do not accept cheques.

Check in from 12:30 pm and check out before 10:30 am.

Dinner is served from 7:00 pm, if a late arrival is intended; please make special arrangements beforehand.

No children under the age of 16 years in our chalets.

No pets allowed.

Cancellations policy

• • Less than 7 days - forfeit the full deposit
• • 8 - 14 days - forfeit 75% of the deposit less banking charges, if applicable (app 5%)
• • 15 - 21 days - forfeit 50% of the deposit less banking charges, if applicable (app 5%)
• • 22 - or more days - full deposit returned less banking charges, if applicable (app 5%)
